Jennifer has held a variety of roles in employee communications for more than 10 years, including her latest as the manager of an employee communications team at PTC. At PTC, her team is responsible for leading organizational change and engagement initiatives, supporting executive communication across the company, and proactively managing a variety of internal communications channels to inform and engage the global employee-base.
Last year, Jennifer partnered with PTC’s IT organization to launch a new social intranet that moved away from a heavily customized, in-house built platform. She took on the role of Product Manager and acted as a liaison between the businesses and IT, helping select the vendor partner, learned to operate under an Agile work methodology to build out the solution, and helped train more than 200+ global Content Editors embedded within the organization as she prepared for the launch of The Hub, the company’s new social intranet.
Jennifer graduated from the University of River Falls – Wisconsin with a degree in print Journalism and Graphic Arts. She lives in Blaine, Minnesota, with her husband and three children.
